Aware about healthy eating

There is no dying the fact that health is wealth and food habits plays a vital role for keeping a good health. So, everyone especially the young should be very sensible about food habits because young people are the future asset in the world. For there success they need to be hard working and hard work is not possible without good health. For this they need to take nutritive food.

On the other hand, young people have to remain out side most of time for performing different works.
So, they have to take food from outside which can not always ensure proper hygienic condition. Sometimes they take rotten and uncovered food and food of below standard which cause many diseases. The youth should be very careful of taking outside food. But our youth are not cautious of their food habits. Most of the young people are fond of taking fast-food, Chinese and Thai-food which are also not beyond questions about their food value. These happen for their lack of knowledge of nutrition is.While eating food they should bear in mind that the main reason of food just not to satisfy hunger but to preserve good health.

For good health they should be cautious of their food habits.They should take a balanced diet, avoid taking food outside home, drink a definite quantity of pure water. They should earn knowledge of the standard of food and nutrition. Moreover, they should remember that health is above all kinds wealth.

Learn Health is Wealth

'Health' means a body free from any disease.Health is the greatest wealth of man.The world is unsubstantial to an unhealthy man.We should obey certain rules to maintain healthy state of our body.
Regular exercise is good for health.It keeps a human body healthy and strong.To get up early before sunrise and to go to bed at an early hour is the another rule of hygiene.We should walk in the morning.It is beneficial to health.Morning breeze makes our body and mind cheerful.to have meal in a
regulated way is another means to keep our body healthy.Irregular and unlimited eating is dangerous.


Health is the root of all happiness of life.We feel heaviness in our work if we are not hale and hearty.Nothing can give cheer to an unhealthy man.An unhealthy man may have enough money,but he has no peace of mind.He feels his life a burden.He shows apathy in his diet and nervousness in all the works of his life.

There is a close connection between mind and body.Mind is cheerful if the body is healthy.Cheerful mind invigorates us to do work.So,we should be very careful from our boyhood to maintain a healthy body.Health starts developing at this stage.

About Physical exercise

Physical exercise means the proper movement of our limbs.It is the most impotent precondition for good  health.Its helps us to keep our body fit and mentally sound.There is a close relation between body and mind."Sound mind in a sound body" is a wise saying.A sound body is not possible without taking regular exercise.We should have sound health for attaining every success in life.
It makes our body active.It also necessary for the circulation of blood and digestion of food.

There are different kinds of physical exercises.Plying games like football,hockey,cricket, volleyball,tennis and more are very ideal exercises.Walking,riding swimming,gymnastics are also good forms of exercise.All exercises are not suitable for all people.Swimming suits the young most.Running is good for middle aged men and fast walking  is beneficial to the old man.We must remember that over exercise or unsuitable exercise is harmful for health.

Proper time morning is the best time for physical exercise.We may take exercise in the evening also.
Regularity is the per-requisite of physical exercise.Exercise should not be taken just before or after meals.Besides,Different exercise should be taken in different ages.

Physical exercise is useful for body and mind.It makes our limbs and muscles strong.It also makes our body fit to protect us from diseases.It keeps us sound and healthy.

Physical exercise is the source of sound health and sound health is the key to success in life.So,We should take regular exercise.But Notice that over exercise should always be avoided.
